Vehicle damage estimates for fleets and insurers

From crash photos to a costed repair estimate

Drop the photos of a damaged truck or car. DamageBrief finds the right vehicle, assesses the visible damage, researches genuine parts and their prices, and hands you the repair estimate as a report — in the languages you choose, and in the language of the country where the crash happened.

  • Trucks, vans and cars
  • Totals computed exactly — not by the AI

How it works

Five steps from the first photo to a report you can send

  1. 01

    Photos

Drop the crash photos and, if you have them, screenshots of the vehicle's documents. Location and date come from the photos' GPS data, or from a pin you drop on the map.

  2. 02

    Vehicle

The AI finds the case's vehicle in the photos. When several vehicles are visible and it cannot tell which one is yours, it shows you each of them and asks.

  3. 03

    Damage

The visible damage is assessed part by part — replace, repair, paint or check — with a note on what can only be confirmed once the vehicle is taken apart.

  4. 04

    Estimate

Genuine OEM part numbers and current prices are researched, with their sources, and the labor needed. Then labor × rate, parts, fees and VAT are computed exactly — never by the AI.

  5. 05

    Report

You get the estimate as a DOCX and PDF report, with authorised dealers and workshops near the crash and every photo numbered and captioned.

Damage findings

The front left corner took a glancing impact. The headlamp unit is broken, the bumper corner section is cracked and pushed in, and the corner deflector is torn at its mounts: all three are replaced and the corner is repainted. Damage behind the bumper can only be confirmed once it is removed.

API

Integrate with your fleet systems

A REST API (JSON, under /api/v1) lets your own software do what the web app does — no one has to upload the photos by hand.

  1. Create cases with photos, vehicle documents and vehicle details, straight from your fleet, telematics or claims software.
  2. Start the analysis — charged in credits from your company's account, exactly as in the web app.
  3. Read the results — the case's status, the vehicle, the damage findings, the estimate and the repair shops.
  4. Download the reports as PDF or DOCX in each of the case's languages, or all of them in one ZIP.

Pricing

Paid per report, with credits
